Welcome to Adiyen Sri Ramanuja Dasan !
" Srimathe Ramanujaya Namaha !"
The so-called "rest" in given only in household worship by closing the kOil AzhwAr (the shelf/small room/box that houses the Lord's icons and/or sAlagrAmas). The temple darSanam and other worships continue much beyond this, in both vaikhAnasa and pAncharAtra temples.
Satthumurai verses are available in any "nithyAnusandhAnam" book available in Telugu script. Also there verses are there in "Sripati stuti mAlA" published by Jeeyar Educational Trust. Writing them in English may not lead to that clarity.
It is part of the thiruppavai cassette chanted by TTD adhyapakas and released by TTD. All satthumurais in Srivaishnava temples are same. So any audio will do.
Sathumorai Timings :
The Sathumorai timings vary daily depending on the number of Archana Ananthara Darsan (AAD) tickets. Since the Sequence is Suprabhatham, Thomala Seva, Koluvu, Sahasranamarchana and AAD, Naivedyam or I Bell. After the I Bell as soon as the Prasada Gangalums are taken out from Sanctum and Suddhi is performed, the usual Sathumorai start. So on Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu and Sat, the normal timing would be around 6:30 - 7 AM, the Sathumorai Darsan Aspirants must wait 1/2 hour before the actual performance of Sathumorai.
On every Friday, there will be a slight change in the above sequence due to Friday Abhishekam to Mulavirat. In this case it will be Suprabhatham, Thomala Seva, Koluvu, Sahasranamarchana (All Ekantham), Naivedyam or I Bell, then Sathumorai is performed in Ekantham with only Jeeyar, Ekangi and a few Adhyapakas. Then the sacred Abhishekam to Mulavirat start and go on till 6 AM. After this the Nijapada Darsan continues. Then the Dhruva Beram is adorned the Tirumani or Namam with Pachha Karpooram, after which the Samarpana of Jewels Continues.
Now the Madhyahnika Archanam, which includes, the II Thomala Seva, Astottara Namarchana, II Bell Continues. Now Sathumorai takes place at around 8 AM.
This is the usual schedule. In Dhanurmasam the Sathumorai takes place during the Dhanurmasa Aradhanam and also after the usual aradhanam i.e. at around 2 AM and 6:30 AM.
Thengalai sampradaya Sattrumurai is practised in Tirumala.
Both HH Periya Jeer and HH Chinna Jeer belong to the Thengalai sampradayam and they are the leaders of the Saattrumurai goshti(group), and hence Thengalai version of saattrumurai is practised there.
There will be only one difference between the two, where in Vadagalai, they have stanzas praising Swami Vedanta Desikan, the Thengalai version have them replaced with stanzas praising Periya Jeeyar Manavala Maamunigal. Rest all will be the same.
Vadagalai - http://www.prapatti.com/slokas/english/saattrumurai_vad.pdf
Thengalai - http://www.prapatti.com/slokas/english/saattrumurai_ten.pdf
In thengalai, the lines "namah srisailanathaya ......... manavala mamuniye innum oru nootrandu irum" are replaced in vadagalai sampradayam with the lines "namo ramanujaryaya ......... ttiruvonam enunale".
