This diamond Parrot will be adorned during the 30 days of Dhanurmasam only. Along with this diamond parrot, there will be two more Parrots, one made with leaves, which come from Srivilliputtur temple is adorned on the left side of the chest and another Parrot made with flowers and leaves (by TTD Garden Department), is adorned on the left side of the Slagrama Garland near Shankam. This two Parrots are adorned during Dhanurmasam Thomala Seva in the morning.
Near waist, a Plain Vaddanam, Nagabharana Vaddanam, Dasavathara Vaddanam, diamond studded Surya Katari(the Nandaka Sword), and a diamond studded Puligoru Pathakam (given by Kanchi Seer Jayendra Saraswati) at the bottom of Dasavathara Vaddanam, Special Makara Kanti in two rows studded with diamonds, in-between both the hands, Astottara Haram, Employees Chain, Aswatha Pathakam with a big diamond studded Maha Lakshmi Pendant, Tulasi Pathra Haram, Chaturbhuja Lakshmi Haram, Swarna Yagnopaveetham, Sahasranama Haram in 5 rows, Saligrama Harams, Tamara Puvvula Harams on both the sides, Kali Gajjelu studded with diamonds. And Gold Covering for the feet (Tiruvadi).
The Namam is drawn perfectly with refined camphor viz., Pacchha Karpooram with musk in the centre. This week with the Tirunamam Srivaru is in a divine attire and HE appears to be ready to Bless the devotees on the holiest of the holy festival of Tirumala temple, The Vaikunta Ekasasi, on the next Wednesday.
06-02-09 : This Friday Srivaru is adorned with 'Vishesha Samarpana' without the Swarna Peethambaram, as we have the Srivari Pournami Garuda Seva festival on Feb 9th. This week I personally feel blessed to see, Srivaru adorned in a White Silk Melchat Vastram with a dark green Colored border and same colored Upper cloth. Its really a nice experience to have darsan of Srivaru, whenever HE is adorned with the 'Sveta Vastrams'.
Both of the consorts Sridevi and Bhudevi on Srivari Chest are wearing Pink colored Pattu Pavadas with a Red colored silk border.
The diamond crown or Navaratna Kireetam, on the head with a diamond studded 'Tirukkolam' right at the bottom of the Kireetam and top of the forehead. The green emerald stone at the bottom centre of the Kireetam, Diamond studded ear rings(Karna Pathramulu) hanging on both the sides, Sudarsanam and Pancha janyam on the upper hands studded with diamonds, diamond bhuja keertulu on the shoulders both the sides on top of the plain bhuja keertulu, (The new Shankham and Chakram in Diamond are presented by a Devotee yesteraday and is worth of Rs. 10 Crores), nagabharanas studded with diamonds on both the upper arms with kanti's (bracelets) at the bottom, the diamond studded Vaikunta Hastham showing the feet indicating total surrender, and the kati hasta in the katyavalambitha pose suggesting those who surrender onto HIS feet, for them the ocean of Samsara is knee deep only. The Katyavalambitha Hastha has two more rekulu(or diamond studded coverings) to cover the left hand fully. ( this hasta kavachams are the new ones donated recently by Mr.P Ratap Reddy of Penna Cements Ltd.)
