42. Q .: Why do they say that people who worship Lord Balaji will be granted wishes slowly?
Ans .: The fact is once u are tuned to the Lord Venkateswara's grace by expressing u'r devotion so as to please him, then comes the Golden era in u'r life. And dont forget the fact that Lord Vishnu selfmanifested himself at Tirumala Hills in this Kaliyuga to look after his devotees, As said in Puranas, Krutha Yuga Adhipathi (Emperor) is Narasimha Swamy, Tretha Yuga is Rama, Dwapara Yuga is Krishna, And finally this Kaliyuga belongs to Lord Venkateswara (Kalau Venkata Naayakaha). So HE is there to look after us and there is no doubt in this regard.
But HIS way is to test, test and test till u reach his tune So its a type of 'Slow and Steady Wins the Race'.
Sometimes we might get the feeling like HE is not looking after well and is not granting our wishes fulfilled, but its all in the GAME. My real story is proof for HIS grace.
just let me explain you with a small example why god tests us
Imagine yourself buying a Scooty, imagine yourself as a driver using it, the amount of prayer you do will be equal to the amout of petrol u put into the scooty. as long as you belive you can drive else you dont stop in middle but you have to push hard along with the scooty to reach the goal.
one more interesting story is " once a person who was very devoted to his lord for his entire life, after his death he went to heavens. their he saw his devoted lord and asked him, my lord i had been serving you my entire life but you didnt help me in my difficult times, why?
then the lord replied showing him 2 pairs of foot impressions along a beach saying that one pair was my foot impressions and the other pair was his foot impression.
then that person asked you have been walking along with me for a long time but when i was in the trouble i see only one pair of foot walking impression. that time you were not with me. then the lord smiled and said that impression is mine and i was carrying you in my arms when you were in trouble. then he realized his mistake and asked for his forgiveness.
so dont be depressed, problems are the real teacher of life. The tree which bears the sweetest fruits are stoned more. cheer up, ask the lord to stop testing you, beg him not to test any more. He will stop testing surely and bless you with all what u need.
Its right that we r part of the drama conduct by a great Director.
Think of an Academic scenario, say a B.Tech, u'll come across several exams, at the end of semester, both theoritical and practical and finally after passing all the exams u'll reach u'r goal, getting the Degree.
And u 'r guess is right. Why God will tests us?
We will do many things like perform Archana, perform a Seva e.t.c, all this are part of education to reach God and HE will tests us in different situations whether the devotion towards HIM is real or not and if we pass thru that HE will then give us ABHAYAM.
No Doubt HE is the Creator, Performer and Destroyer, All this, whatever, is the part of the BIG Drama performed by this almighty for HIS own enjoyment. We r mere characters made acted by HIM.
