Q. : Is there a scheduled recitation of Daya Shatakam infront of Lord Malayappan or in the sannidhi infront of Lord Srinivaasa ?
Ans .: There's no recitation of Daya Satakam, but there is one gold haram, called 'Daya Sataka Haram'. It contain 108 pendants and on one side there is the image of Daya Devi printed on it and on another side the slokams from Daya Satakam are printed (totally 108 slokams for 108 pendants). This Haram will be adorned during the Friday Nijapada Darsanam. It will be adorned as soon as the Abhishekam is over and the Lord is performed the Alankaram for the Nijapada Darsanam with a few jewels and Vastram, amidst chanting of 'Neeraattam' Pasurams.
