Among these Kireetams, the most celebrated and favorite one for our Lord is the Kireetam from Akasa Raja, which was the only Kireetam till 1960's, only then the TTD has made a new Kireetam named 'Surajmal Kireetam'. It is my pleasure and privilege to give this weekly updates of Srivari Alankarams.
Srivaru is adorned with a Light Pink color Melchat Vastram with an Upper cloth of same color and with a Green colored border. Goddess Lakshmi and Goddess Padmavathi on the Chest are adorned with Silk Pattu pavada's which are of white color with a Red border. On the head is the Crown given by Akasa Raja, with a Gold Thirukkolam right at the bottom of the Kireetam. Then the ear rings called Gold Karna Patramulu, above those ear rings present are 'Baavuleelu' on both the sides hanging. The Gold Sudarsana and Panchajanya Kavachams on the Upper hands. God Bhujakeertulu on the Shoulders, Nagabharanas on both the sides of hands. Kanti down the hands, Swarna Kankanamulu for both the Hands, Vaikunta Hastham holding a diamond Pathakam containing a verse from 'Bhagavad Geetha', "Maamekam Saranam Vraja" in Sanskrit which is tied to the Vaikunta Hastham. (Sarvadharnman Parityajyaan Maamekam Saranam Vraja ...), Kati Hastha Kavacham for the left hand.
On the Neck, Chinna Kanti, Pedda Kanti Haarams in Gold above a Silk pillow, Then a Puligoru Pathakam. Employess Chain, Astotthara Haram, Aswatha Pathaka Haram in between both the hands. Plain Vaddanam, Nagabharana Vaddanam and Dasavathara Vaddanam with the Divine Sword 'Surya Katari' right at the centre. The different Haras like, Chaturbhuja Lakshmi Haram, Tulasi Pathra Haram, Sahasranama Haram in 5 rows, and Saligrama Haras, TamaraPuvvula Haras on both the sides. Kali Andelu (or Gajjelu) at the feet.

Words are not sufficient to describe the divine beauty and the sacred glory of our Lord, it can only be experienced every inch by HIS divine darsan in presence. But I will do my best to do so. HE is always great, enchanting, tremendous with that characteristic bewitching smile, which you can find only here at Lord Venkateswara's Sannidhi. This Friday Srivaru is adorned with 'Vishesha Samarpana', as we have the divine Pournami Garuda Seva on the evening of 15th of this month. Though the Gold Peethambaram is a part of Vishesha Samarpana, it is used for adorning only on Sacred and important occasions(festivals) of the Tirumala Temple like Pavithrotsavam, Brahmotsavam, Pushpa Yagam, Ugadi, Vaikunta Ekadasi etc.,
