35. Q .: Swamy we heard that Lord Brahma lit two ghee lamps in the garbhagudi and still now its burning with same pace without ghee being added. could you please explain it.
Ans .: There are two Akhandams (lamps) inside Garbhalayam. the one on the Lord Balaji's right side is named Brahma Akhandam and the left one is named Mysoora Akhandam. The legend says that these lamps were lit by Lord Brahma and it is maintained as normal lamps do.Theres no concept of continuous glowing as soon as the Ekantha Seva is over all the Lamps were putoff and the doors were closed. Around 8kgs of Ghee is required per one lamp.
36. Q .: Lord Rama has visited Venkatachalam during his journey towards Lanka and met Anjana near Anjandri. But the same is not mentioned in Ramayana. Why does this important thing is missed out from Ramayana.
Similarly there are no. of places being visited by the pandavas during their Agyaatvaas. But the same detail is missed out in Mahabharat.
I heard that Bhagavatham is the description of Lord and his avataras. Is Kalki avatar is mentioned in Bhagavatha.
Ans .: Rama might have visited Venkatachalam during his Aranyavasam. In remembrance of this the Rama, Sita, Lakshamana processional idols which are present inside the sanctum at Tirumala are called Aranya Rama becos Lord Rama's idol instead of wearing a crown on the head is like a hair mudi (Rishi's style). But there are different versions of Ramayana available so it might have missed out in the version u read.
There's a Theertham named Pandavula Guha (cave) in Seshachalam Forest as the legend says that Pandavas visited this place.
Bhagavatham is completely dedicated to explain the different leelas showed in Vishnu's Avatars totally 24 but popularly 10. Kalki's Avatar is also mentioned in Bhagavatham.
