Ans. : Yes all the water in 1008 kalasams are simultaneously used in tirumanjanam for Bhoga Srinivasa Murthy, Malayappa Swamy with consorts and Viswaksena. The tirumanjanam comprises of 5 items like ater, milk, water, curd, water, honey, water, coconut water, water, turmeric, chandan and saffron. For all tirumanjanams to utsava (panchaloha) idols, these items are used.
(4) its a known fact that the temple remains open for almost 24 hrs, then when is the gold covering work taken up, when we visited recently it was really visual treat to see the roof being gold plated with dashavataram,and the golden well being decorated with more artisitc gold work.are there plans to cover the pillars too in the mani mantapam.
Ans .: For the Gold covering work, the workers first take the measurements and then prepare the kavachams somewhere, then they will make a platform up to the ceiling without causing disturbace to the line which is moving below, they'll carry on their work. yes they've plans to cover the entire tirumamani mantapam with gold covering including pillars. Also the gold covering work will be extended to snapana mantapam,ramulavari meda, sayana mantapam and the walls of vimaana prakaram.
26. Q .: (1). kindly eloborate on the parimala shila near yoga narasimha temple, its significance, etc...
Ans .: Parimalapu Ara or Parimala Stone is mainly used to make the Pachha Karpooram granules in to a powder finely. This powdered Pachha Karpooram is used to draw the Namam and to stick the Gaddam Bottu. Every Thursday Evening the Paricharakas will do this Job.
(2). swamy, kindly explain the rules and customs to be followed in general by the devotees who visit tirumala for srivari darshanam( dos and donts). this will help us to follow the same in our next visits.

* Do obeisance to your Ishta or Kula Daivam before you start for Tirumala.
* Do book your travel & accommodation at Tirumala in advance.
* Do bathe in the Pushkarani and worship Varahaswamy in his Temple
before you go to worship Lord Venkateswara.
* Do bathe & wear clean clothes before you enter the shrine.
* Do concentrate on Lord Venkateswara inside the Temple.
* Do observe absolute silence and recite Om Sri Venkatesayanamaha
to yourself, inside the temple.
* Do bathe in the Papavinasanam & Akasa Ganga Theerthams near Tirumala.
* Do respect ancient customs and usage's while at Tirumala.
* Do deposit your offerings in the Hundi only.
* Do contact any of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Enquiry officer
for information regarding the temple and your worship there.
* Do Respect ancient customs and usages while at Tirumala and promote religious sentiments among co-pilgrims
* Keep Tirumala Clean and Green.
* Please leave your Electronic Gadgets like Ceil phones, Calculator, Camera and footwear etc. at the cottage or deposit near VQC I before entering the temple.
